P-5-P is the metabolic/coenzyme form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine). When vitamin B6 is ingested, it is converted to P5P in the liver. Some individuals seem to benefit from taking vitamin B6 in the P5P form.

Serving Instructions

1 capsule per day or as directed by a physician. Capsules may be pulled apart and the contents mixed with food or beverages.
